Playlist/album title cut off on zoomed Windows magnification

Solved!

Playlist/album title cut off on zoomed Windows magnification

On Desktop, I use Spotify on a web browser on a laptop screen magnified to 150%. When I view a playlist or album, sometimes long titles can be cut off. The text goes off the screen. Interestingly, when I disable the "Now playing view", the playlist/album title text gets even larger and I see less of the text on the screen. I am on Firefox 129.0 (64-bit).

Hey @mangopit,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

That's an odd behavior as the title should adjust to the screen size when using any zoom on your browser. So in this case, we'd first recommend clearing the cache of your browser to see if it makes any difference.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend trying on an incognito/private window or a different browser. It's also worth trying with a different Wi-Fi network or turning off any active VPN as it may affect the proper behavior of the web page.

Lastly, and to continue investigating this issue, would you mind checking on the Desktop app as well to see if the issue persists when zooming in?

We'll be on the lookout.

Clearing my browser cache seemed to do the trick. It cleared up some other problems I've been having with web player too. Thanks.

That's awesome @mangopit, thanks for getting back and sharing what worked for you 🙂
