Hey there @user-removed,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, as a first step, we'd suggest you make sure you've logged into the same account on both devices. You can start by checking your mobile device by following these steps:

  1. Tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Go to Settings and privacy
  3. At the top, tap Account. There you can find the email linked to your account (if any).

From both the web player and the desktop app, you can tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen. On the drop-down menu, select Account. You'll be redirected to your account page. At the top, select Edit profile. There you can see the email linked to the account and your username.

If the details on both devices don't match, it means you have more than one account. You can follow this guide to find out if you have multiple accounts as well. In that sense, we'd suggest you make sure to check which one is the account you use the most. If you'd like, you can unify the accounts by following these steps.

Whether you decide to unify them or not, we'd suggest you close the account you don't use, so you can avoid further confusion. You can follow these steps to do it.

We hope you found this helpful. Let us know if you need anything else.
