When viewing the lyrics for music in Nepali or Hindi, long texts of the lyrics are difficult to read due to lack of sufficient line height. This is primarily because of the letters having diatrics in the script like like की, कै, कृ. They are cause some overlap when the text spans multiple line.
It would be great if there was some additional line height on text in this script. It would make the lyrics more legible.
Hi @rohans,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
We've moved your post to this help board because it doesn't qualify as an idea submission.
We'd like to look into this a little deeper, so could you share with us the links of some songs where you've noticed this issue? This way we can take a better look at the lyrics.
Keep us posted.
Thanks for the response.
Here are some songs with lyrics which have this issue:

Hey @rohans,
Thanks for the links!
Could you let us know if this is happening both on Mobile and Desktop and let us know your device model, OS version and exact Spotify version.
We need this info in order to report this to the right teams 🙂
Cheers.
This seems to be happening only on the desktop version of the app.
Device: HP laptop
OS: Windows 10
App version: Spotify for Windows 1.1.78.765.g5ea20b00
Hey @rohans,
Thanks for your fast reply and the requested info.
This appears to be an expected behavior of the app and a device-specific situation with the resolution capabilities of your monitor. While we've looked into this, we can't modify the app for all monitor sizes and resolutions out there. As you've said, by increasing the resolution and just by expanding the app, it will display the lyrics with proper spacing.
Hope this helps. If you need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.
Makes sense. Thanks anyway for considering the issue.
