My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to listen to the "Poterless" podcast, it has troubles loading. Even if I let it paused for a couple minutes so it has time to load, it still doesn't work. I am able to listen to only a few seconds before it stops playing. I have tried listening to my music and to other podcasts, and there isn't any issue with those. I have rebooted the app and my devices multiple times, made clean installs too, the issue is still there. I have been having this issue for 3 weeks now, I had premium at first, but now am using free, but the issue appeared when I was still using premium.

But this afternoon, when I played it, it worked fine for about 30-40 minutes before not working fine anymore.

I tried searching if anyone had the same issue, but couldn't find anyone who did.

Thanks for reaching out about this here and welcome to the Community! We're here to help 🙂

 

Could you clarify if the podcast won't play across all devices (desktop, mobile, web player) or are you having this issue with just one specific device? If you haven't already, can you try it on another device to see if that makes a difference?

 

If this is only happening with a particular episode, can you please share the URI and we'll check it on our end as well.

 

We'll be keeping an eye out for your reply.

It happens across all devices with every episodes. I noticed that if I am playing it for a while, it becomes smoother after a some times.

Does this happen when you're on one specific internet connection or with different internet connections?

 

Would you mind logging in on another account - such as a friend's or a family member's account to see if the issue persists?
