Podcasts on my Volvo app have started playing in reverse order

Podcasts on my Volvo app have started playing in reverse order Regardless of how the list is sorted. The previous episode is played and sometimes a completely random podcast as the previous ones are marked as played. This makes listening to podcasts really stressful as it’s not easy to search for the next one while driving.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome!

As a first step I recommend making sure that you're using the newest Spotify version, as well as checking for any pending OS updates in the Volvo app and software. 

To help us get a better understanding, could you let us know when this started to happen and if you noticed if it was after an update for example? If you click to unmark certain episodes that show as played on another device, does this get reflected in the car app?

It'd also be very helpful if you could send us a video recording showing the app's performance so we can take a look. You can upload it to your response via the Insert Video option in the post editor, but if the attachment is too big then we'd suggest that you upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
