Premium duo

I currently have a Spotify account but am just using the free one. If my brother was to change his premium account to premium duo and invite me would I loose my playlists etc?

That being said, let's respond to your question. Even if you join a Premium plan, your library is going to remain the same. Keep in mind that changing the type of subscription you're in, it's not going to affect your library: all the content saved there is going to be kept, regardless of the subscription.
