We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the other thread, as it seems to be a different behavior.

The availability of some features within podcasts (in this case, videos) may differ between countries. So in this case, if you wish, you can send us your country or region, and we'll check on our side if they're available there.

On another note, we'd also suggest checking out the supported OS devices in this article, so you can make sure yours meets all requirements.

I see that so many people have asked about this and there hasn't been an official response. For some reason, my account does not allow content to show video. NO VIDEO option, we have tried EVERYTHING.
