My Question or Issue

Bochkor reggeli rádiós műsor adásait az utóbbi időben nem lehet sorrendben lejátszani. Eleve a műsorlistájukban az adott napi megszólalásaik nem sorrendben vannak. Nemcsak az új részek, hanem a régebbi részek sincsenek sorrendben, ennek már 2 hete, kb. akkor frissült az app a telefonon.
Kíváncsiságból átnéztem a Balázsék című rádiós műsor listájára és ott sincs sorrendben semmi, pedig eddig ott se volt ilyen jellegű probléma.

Ugyanezt tapasztaltam, ezek szerint nem a készülékemben a hiba, köszi hogy leírtad, hátha lesz megoldás. Futás közben elég bosszantó…

Can you please send us a link/ URI to the podcast in questions. It would be great if you can include some screenshots of how things look on your end when you try to change the sorting.

Hi Alex,

 

there is our problem; 
There are two radio show wich we follow in spotify. It started two weeks ago thath it plays out of order on spotify app, but on browser it seems. Of course we would like to use the application, as earlier.
You can see it below on Laca550’s poctures, the title are Bochkor and Balázsék.

We've received word that our devs have found out what has caused this issue and are working on a fix as we speak. 

 

It shouldn't take too long, even though we don't have an exact official timeline.

In order to investigate this, we'd need some more information. Can you let us know when this started happening and if it's affecting the same podcasts mentioned in the original post? If not, it'd be great if you can send us the URI's of the ones you meant. Does this happen across all platforms - mobile/desktop app, Web Player? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

yes, same podcast are affected that mentioned before, for example with title’Balázsék’

 

the issue has been started 2-3 weeks ago if im right

i can use the app only with ios

Thanks for the quick response! 

 

We could reproduce the same behavior with the podcast episodes and have made the right team aware of the situation.

 

It would be very helpful with the investigation if you could send us the device(s) this is happening on, the OS-version(s) and the Spotify-version(s). @Aandrás you could also include these details.

 

Also, do let us know if changing the Sorting options makes a difference and if the same behavior persists in the Web Player.
