Ps4 has fake playlist

My ps4 quick menu has playlists on it that I didn't make and will not show me the playlists that I have made. I have tried logging out and deleting and re installing the app on both ps4 and mobile and unlinked and relinked my account. The music tab still shows the 'your music' section even when I delete spotify (pic included)

If the playlists you're mentioning were deleted, would you mind following the steps here to see if you can recover them? 

Anyways, if you've come across actions unexpectedly taken with your Spotify, it'd be good to make sure no one is accessing your account in an unauthorized way.
