Hey Andrei13,

Thanks for posting!

Keep in mind that on free, playing music on demand works only on desktop.

Hope this helps.

Hello

When I use my Alexa to play any song it plays it on 'song-name'+Radio and that particular song never plays.

My Alexa default music app is spotify

How do I fix it?

How do you even log into an account? When I enabled the spotify skill it just said "linked to your account" but I was never given the ability to sign in and I'm having the same problem you guys are

Hi there, @Mamalyssa91,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

The account you're currently logged in to in the Spotify app should be the one that was linked. In case you meant to link another account instead, I'd recommend signing out from the current one and logging in to the correct one. You can sever the connection between the old Spotify account and Alexa in the Alexa app.

Also, note that as mentioned previously by @Ivelina, on-demand playback is a Premium feature. If you're using the free version of Spotify, any content you request will be mixed with similar recommendations.

Hope this clears things up. Cheers 🤘
