[PS4] Playback suddenly stops

I dont use spotify on anything but my ps4 so i dont know if it works properly on there, but on my ps4 my spotify keeps closing on its own in the middle of a podcast i am listening to and if i try to restart it from my phone it will play a split second of it through the ps4 but will then close the app instantly, it will do this a few times but eventually i can get it to restart from my phone. I have tried multiple things to fix this such as: reinstalling spotify, relinking my spotify account to my ps4, changing my dns to the free google dns, rebooting my ps4. None of these have fixed my problem, although some did seem to postpone the problem for about an hour or 2

Great troubleshooting so far; we can add a few more steps to make sure we've covered all the bases. To continue investigating the case, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device, such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

Also, would you mind trying with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can try a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Thank you for the advice, but the problem seems to have suddenly fixed itself, i will reply if more problems arise
