Videos do not play when connected to Bluetooth

I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and I have tried every method you have suggested in recent posts for this problem and I still can not watch podcast videos while using my TOZO-T12 Bluetooth Headphones. I have tried on two other devices, iPhone 12 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10 with the same headphones (both are friends devices and followed the suggested restart phone and log in and log off methods on both devices) and they both still do not play videos while using my Bluetooth headphones, if there is any other way please let me know! I use Bluetooth headphones for all other video and music apps and do not have this problem!

Changing tunes, could you try using other Bluetooth headphones and tell us if the issue persists (if possible)?

Additionally, we suggest using your TOZO-T12 Bluetooth Headphones with another device (laptop) to confirm if you have the same results.
