Release radar not working for my last release ?

My Question or Issue

I am an artist on Spotify and I released the live versions of two of my songs. One 10 days ago, and one yesterday.

I am very suprised because yesterday I was expecting a release radar for my song released 10 days ago, but nothing happened (except a few streams last week), so none of my followers will have this song in their release radar ? 

I thought if I submitted at least 7 days before (I submitted to Distrokid 10 days prior relase and submited through S4A one day after..), then all my followers will have this song in their release radar, am I understanding it wrong ?

Or is there something wrong happening because it's a live version ? Or because I have another song released just ten days after ? Both ?

The Release Radar playlist updates every Friday, meaning the track you released should've already reached your audience. 

We'd suggest you get in touch with our team at Spotify for Artists. These folks specialize in queries submitted to Spotify by artists and content creators. They’ll be able to help you more specifically with the issue you’re addressing.

Hi @danpatra,

Their answer was to send me their promotion guidelines. I did indeed  lack of promotion for those songs. 

My latest release has been heavily promoted and I had a few thousand release radar streams. But definitely not kicking into my 10K+ Spotify followers. 

The reason seems to be that not every follower is listening to its release radar and that lot of them follow more artists than can fit in their release radar.

So I think Spotify isn't telling the whole truth. I had a song that was up for a week (4k followers) and only hit 100 followers. Once it got some good promotion, then it released to more than 2000 listeners on their release radar.
