Remove my Denon AVR from another account

My Question or Issue

Hi,

How can I remove my Denon AVR from other persons account ?
Just recently someone started "using" my Denon AVR and random times.

The thing is that for a long time my account is the only user of the device.

If I knew who the person is, I could ask for my device to be removed.

We'd suggest you restart your device. It's also a good idea to give these steps a go and log out from everywhere.

If the issue persists you can also restart the router.
