Remove unwanted devices

How do I remove an old Alexa speaker from my Spotify that I no longer have access to or unable to ask the person to disconnect it? I have done the usual signed out everywhere, removed app access, changed password etc. Someone is still using my account which pauses mine when they press play!

Thanks for reaching out, When you mean that you've removed app access, do you mean this page here? If you haven't tried removing the devices from there, please do so. Also do you still have access to the associated Amazon account? If you can disconnect your Spotify account from it, that should do the trick also.
