Repeated reports that playlist is inappropriate or offensive

Repeated reports that playlist is inappropriate or offensive

I have a playlist that has been operating since 2013. Three weeks ago, someone made a report that the playlist name, image, and description was offensive or inappropriate. After I contested the report, Spotify reviewed, apologised as all three were not offensive or inappropriate, then restored the name, image, and description.

That is when **bleep** started. Now I get constant emails on the same playlist, that someone has reported it. I respond to Spotify, who then take 2-3 days and apologise, restore the playlist and around half a day later the reports start again. Can't Spotify ban the person who is making these fradulant reports or at the very least once a playlist has been 'reviewed' no further reports can be made to that very same playlist for the next 6o, 90, or 120 days?
