Replace album (partner#1->partner#2) - how to playlist fix

Hi, I found out that Lackluster: Wrapping on Spotify has a few skips and I'm getting it removed from IODA/The Orchard, and re-uploaded via CDBaby (so I'll have full control of them).. 

I'm not hazy on that. "album removal of 3rd party aggregator" "album addition via 3rd party aggregator#2".

But, there is a 3rd party playlist created by a famous (to me) artist, who references my track "Close Enough" from Lackluster: Wrapping - and if I get this album removed from Spotify - and reuploaded via Spotify - will the playlist auto-update to reference this second album upload, and is there some way for you guys to help me replace that song with this song - since they are all the same?
