My Question or Issue

Started behaving like that on November 19th. When I try to fire up the app on my Samsung TV, it opens and immediately closes.

 

I can see the app start loading, but only for a flash of a second, then closes. No warnings, errors or alerts.

 

I can't delete the app, but I tried to reinstall directly from the Samsung App Store, to no avail. I checked that the app is running its latest version and so is the OS.

 

As it stands right now, I can't use Spotify there anymore.

Welcome to the Community!

 

Can you give these steps a try?

 

1. Turn off your TV and unplug it.

2. Reset your router.

3. Plug your TV back in and open the Spotify app.
