My Question or Issue

excuse me, i’m having problem about using spotify group session. I can’t join my friend session and no one can join mine too. It just showed “Sorry, couldn’t find that”.

I have this problem on my iPhone and spotify lastest version, also desktop

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

To start, I'd like to point out that group sessions are available only on the mobile app. 

With this said, let us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, please try changing to a different internet/mobile network and try again.
