Several Glaring Bugs Causing A Very Frustrating Daily Experience

Hey everyone, I'm here to both report these issues as well as hopefully see if anyone possibly knows of a fix.

The bugs I'm encountering on a daily occurrence are:

- On mobile, the "loop playlist" turns itself on every single time I switch playlists, start playing a playlist, play an artist's music from their page, play anything. Everytime I click play on a song or playlist, "loop playlist" turns itself on. Redownloading and clearing cache does not fix it. 

- Shuffle playlist appears to play the same 20 songs every time I use it. Same goes for Smart Shuffle playlist, it will play the exact same 10-15 songs over and over again while adding in the odd "new" song from the same artists that are being played from my playlist. It's extremely frustrating when trying to listen to music for longer than 20 minutes and having to skip the same songs over and over again.

- Adding a new song to playlists will delete all saved "hidden" or "(-)" clicked songs when Spotify begins playing recommended songs based off the playlist. As in, when loop playlist is not on and the playlist runs out of songs, Spotify beings playing new recommended songs. On mobile, you can choose to save or hide each song from being played again. If you add a single new song to that playlist, all saved "hidden" songs are added back in to be played the very next time your playlist ends. Drives me insane. 

I'm so close to cancelling my subscription and moving to a new music provider over just these three issues alone. I would be insanely grateful if anyone has fixes that they could share for these bugs. Thanks!
