Shuffle on Spotify's own created playlist always play top 10 songs first

My Question or Issue

All of Spotify's own created playlists always seem to play to top 10 songs first on shuffle before playing the rest of the playlist. Is there a way to turn this off or request a fix for this issue so that shuffle actually shuffles the whole playlist?

This is actually quite odd as we haven't been able to reproduce the issue. To start, please check this guide with multiple steps to troubleshoot the shuffle function. 

If they don't work, please send us a video showing how the issue happens. Just attach the file to your next response to us by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at it.
