• The model, OS version and Spotify version of the affected device.
• Is this happening with music, podcasts or both? Is it specific tracks/episodes?
• Is Offline mode enabled in the app's settings?
• Does the same happen with a different internet connection?
• Have you tried reinstalling the app?
