[Social] More social features for artists, labels & radio stations

Spotify could be more social for the artists, labels & even radio stations.

The way how I see it, is that here should be a news feed on each artist, label & radio station page (label & radio station pages, should be 2 new types of pages)

Artists could use it to keep the fans updated with news, tours (and where to buy tickets), interviews, podcasts, new merchandising or even previews of work in progress. 

Radio stations could use it for social interaction with their listeners. The radio stations that want in, should be able to livestream via Spotify & have some social/interaction features, like a soundrop-like voting system to ask what song to play next, discussion forums etc.

Labels could use their page to promote new signings & releases.
