Some songs won't play

When I had my old computer I synced my songs on the harddisk to spotify. These songs were also on my iphone. Now I have a new computer and iphone without the songs on the harddisk. The problem is now that no songs that I used to have will not play in offlinemode on spotify. 

There is no local files on spotify to delete, so I have no idea what to do.

If I'm not misunderstanding (correct me if I am), you're saying that your old computer had the songs downloaded, and your new one does not. And when in offline mode on your computer the songs aren't playing? 

What you'll need to do is either go online, or re-download the songs to use them in offline mode. Since they're not on your computer and Spotify cannot access the internet in offline-mode, it can't load the song to be played.
