Songs disappearing (not greying out) from playlists

Many people here complain about this. Never happened to me before. Did anyone else experience this?

Also why was my last post got deleted without notice?

Regarding your deleted post, moderators usually remove posts that violate community guidelines. If you believe it was removed by mistake, you can reach out to the Community team for clarification.

Like I said it never happened to me before, I just saw these posts of people complaining about this and I got paranoid of losing my songs and playlists. 

There are also a lot of people who complained that their playlists with thousands of followers/saves gets deleted because of people reporting it.
