Songs louder in left ear

On spotify the left ear is louder, happens both on phone and on my pc. This issue is exclusive to spotify, no other platform has this issue for me. When I switch to mono audio, the problem fixes itself. I'd much prefer to not keep my settings to mono audio however.

Does this happen with a particular song/album/artist, or with all content on Spotify? If it happens with all content, make sure that the channel balance for Spotify is set properly in your device's audio manager. You can also reset your audio settings to the default.

It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app, if you haven't already.

It happens with all content on spotify and on multiple devices. It is not a problem with my device, but with spotify. I've tried reinstalling it to no help.
