Sound on samsung smart TV keeps changing volume

My Question or Issue

 

The sound keeps changing on both mine and my friend his tv's. We both got a different tv and a different phone and got it on eachothers TV and on our owns, so any from the combinations gives this issue.

 

I tried to fiddle with the settings in spotify, but nothing helped.

We tried 'volume normaliseren' , but also settings like 'Mono Audio'

To begin, could you let us know the exact model of your Samsung TV?

 

Also, it can be helpful if you send us a video showing how everything happens. Just attach the video to your next response to us by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

The volume changes aren't visible on the television, or anywhere, you just
hear them.

Thanks for keeping in touch.

 

Just to clarify, does this happen with the TV app itself, when using Connect from your phone, or in both cases? Is the volume indicator on the TV changing when this happens?

 

We'd also like to know if this happens with any other apps too, and if you're using an external device to play the audio from the TV, like a sound bar or speakers.

It changes for different songs. It seems that some songs play loud, some normal, and some soft. Makes my want to try a different music streaming provider

Can you give us a few examples so we can test this on our end?  Also, please provide the rest of the info requested by @Julian and @CarlosE in this thread and let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting like reinstalling the app or trying with a different account.
