My Question or Issue

 So 5 days ago I made a playlist to wake up to on Spotify. I now set this as my alarm on the Clock app. But when it goes off, it makes this annoying bleeping sound instead of playing music and I get an error that says something like: Couldn't connect to Spotify. It has only worked once in 5 days. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Hello @jvp4462!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
