Spotify Blend won't stop updating every 15 minutes

I thought the whole point of blend was to give you and the other party a playlist of music you like. We used to get the exact same playlist to listen to, now we both have two completely different playlists and mine updates nonstop everytime I click an artist and go back to the playlist it's different? Is there anyway to fix this and stop it from updating multiple times throughout the day?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First up, we suggest that you log out and then log back in to your account twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend leaving the Blend playlist and creating it again to see if that makes the difference.
