Spotify Connect - Will resume play for 2 seconds on its own after pausing a song

My Question or Issue

 There's been a few times I pause a song on my S9+ or Win10 desktop while playing over Spotify Connect where a few seconds into the pause, it will resume for 2-5 seconds and then pause again. The Play button is showing the play icon > during this short resume. It's been awhile since I using Connect as I've been away so not sure when this may have started, but it's been a few days of this at least.
