Spotify Connect can't connect to the device(wiim and alyric)

I tried both from Android app and macOS app it can see the devices and it can choose the device, but once it trying to connect nothing happen, I can't see an error on can't connect.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you're having trouble connecting to your devices, we'd recommend the following:

• Restart your router
• Restart the devices
• Try switching between WiFi and Ethernet connection
• Reinstall the Spotify app on your Android and MacOS devices
• See if you have the same issue when all devices are connected to a hotspot on your phone
• Try a different account 
• Factory reset the devices
