Spotify Connect did not work on Technisat multiroom speaker

I have two different wireless speakers from Technisat. I can't play Spotify on either of them. I have tried it with two different Android devices. Always the same result. The Spotify app shows the speakers but does not connect to them. Who knows the problem and has it solved how?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

As a first step, we'd recommend connecting the speakers to a hotspot on your phone to exclude the connection as a possible cause for the issue. If that doesn't help, try resetting them to factory settings.
