Spotify Disconnects from PlayStation 4

My Question or Issue

For months now Spotify on PS4 plays for about 20 mins or a few songs, goes mute then disconnects and I have to log in again or completely close the program and relaunch. Often times, I cannot reconnect using my phone or laptop. This is completely unacceptable and I'm getting very irritated with Spotify. It's hard to stop in the middle of a game that doesn't have a pause feature to close out my music and restart it because of "technical" difficulties. I need a fix ASAP.

Spotify will spontaneously stop working at all. In the quick menu if I try to play music, all I get is the PlayStation symbols spinning forever. If I try to open the actual app, it takes FOREVER and then throws a huge cryptic hex error message.
