Spotify Exclusive Merch

Spotify Exclusive Merch

I was sent an email regarding an exclusive Blue Vinyl of Smithereens, by Joji, for being a top listener this year. However, when I clicked the link, I was sent to a website called Linkfire, and it seemed to be a dead end. I made an account but nothing else showed up prompting me to get it. The link for  more merch didn't show the Blue Vinyl, either. I would love the vinyl, and I'm hoping to find a solution or help in securing it. Please help?

Thanks for the post.

 

We're aware that the initial link to the exclusive merch was broken. The technical teams are working on updating it with a working one for everybody. 

 

In the meantime, you can try accessing it from here.

Can someone help. I got an email from Spotify to buy some merch. Though money has gone out I have no confirmation. There is no email help on the Spotify app. Can someone help?

In this case, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support with a screenshot of the email, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
