My Question or Issue

I have been running Spotify on my Samsung TV for a few years no problem.  I reloaded the App a few weeks back as artwork has dropped off.  That's still a problem but I can live with that.   My main problem is today it logged me out and I tried to log back in both via the QR code and then via www.spotify.com/pair from my PC and Phone and it still keeps me at the login page on the TV.  TV software is up to date and I've the new version of Spotify too (deleted and reloaded about 6 times now).   Can you help?  Thanks.

Have you tried to log in with your email and password to see if that makes a difference?

In case it doesn't - here's a few more things we can try:

  • Disconnect your TV from the Internet and then connect it again;
  • Do a hard reset of your router & TV by unplugging them from the power supply for about a minute;
  • If possible, try a different Wi-Fi connection / hotspot to see if that makes a difference!

If the problem persists, you can also reach out to your TV manufacturer for further help.

Hi,

it’s seems to have sorted itself out.  Left TV off overnight and it logged me in ok next day.
