My Issue

I bought an account premium for family but Spotify does not show me the lyrics of anysong. I tried to access with another account and it worked but when I logged out and logged in with the same account, lyrics dissapeared.
I reinstalled the app several times and I log in a lot of times but it's not working.
My family's accounts shows the lyrics, I'm the exception.

Can you confirm if you used to have this feature on your account before?

We suggest that you reopen the app two times for the feature to get activated.

It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have?

I've never had the lyrics option available. I have the family plan, i
opened the account. I've already uninstalled and installed it again.
Nothing happens.
Please help

And when will i see this feature. I had tried this feature with my
brother's account before and i liked it and that was one of the reason I
decided to get my own plan. If I'm not getting the services i was
expecting, then what am i paying for? It kind of feels like im getting
robbed. Isn't there any solution you guys can give me?

We understand where you're coming from. However, keep in mind that this feature is still being tested and it's not available for all users. 

In this case, we'd recommend keeping your app up to date so that you don't miss it when Lyrics are available for you. 

If anything else comes up, we'll be right here.
