Spotify Web Player Crashes

My Spotify web player locks up whenever it reaches the first advertisement.  So I get to hear about 5 songs each day unless I log out and log back in again.  This has been happeneing for months.  Running Windows (don't know what version because I'm not smart enough to figure that out) and listening in Firefox.  Firefox is updated to the current release.

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary issue?

If yes, could you try to clear your browser cache/cookies to see if that makes any difference?
