My Question or Issue

Hi - My jaguar Ipace on Pivi Pro systems has  a Spotify app in built. Pre March 2022 this worked really well however after this the app didnt work and there Jaguar Pvi pro has had an update since which means the app will work to a point but I'm still unable to select tracks from a playlist. Each time I go into it,  it starts at the beginning of the playlist. Ive spoken to Jaguar who are unable to help and say its a spotify issue? any thoughts please

Thank you for sharing this issue with the Community!

For starters, could you try resetting your Pivi Pro to see if that makes a difference?
If this doesn't do the trick, try disconnecting the Spotify app and adding it again.
If the issue persists after this, check if anyone else who has Spotify can log in on your system and manually select tracks.

In case none of the above work, we'd like to ask you to send us a video of the issue so we can take a further look into what's going on ourselves 🙂
