My Question or Issue

First of all, sorry for my English, it's not my first language so mistakes may happen.

I have only one account, this one account is the one I used to log in the Spotify App, and in the Spotify website. Ok, so, I can listen to a song X in my Spotify App while listening to a song Y in the web browser, which is kind of weird. Also, the "Display my Spotify song as a status in Discord" it's not working with the App. Let's suppose, I'm listening to "ACDC - Highway to **bleep**" in the app, Discord will show nothing, but as soon as I play that same song on the web browser it will display as a Discord status perfectly fine, which is also weird. I've tried reinstalling Discord and Spotify, removed the connection between the two apps, cleared both caches... but nothing worked so far.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance!

I too am having this issue! I have tried reinstalling Discord as well as Spotify to fix the issue, not even restarting my PC helped, to me it seems that this is an issue with the Spotify windows application. My other devices do not seem to be registering that the Spotify Windows app is playing music. When I play music on the web browser or phone application it seems to register on Discord, so I'm not entirely sure what is wrong with the application. I hope that a future update fixes it soon!

Yeah it has to be someting bad with the App, otherwise I don't understand it.

I clean reinstalled Windows because I wanted to downgrade from Win 11 to Win 10 and that fixed it, it may not be the better solution, but it worked.
