Spotify connect - Bose SoundTouch not playing iTunes playlists

Spotify connect - Bose SoundTouch not playing iTunes playlists

Hello,

 

Spotify plays flawlesly to my Soundtouch ST10/20 Speakers via connect .

 

If I want to play am importet iTunes playlist that is not possible anymore.

Connect Status displays: Can't play this right now. Spotify is not active on this device.

 

Error in Soundtouch App: Track is unavailable in your country

 

The music in the playlist is not DRM protected, the same music (Album) is available on Spotify.

 

The playlist does play with Spotify on the computer or iPhone, just not via connect.

 

Is this normal behavior?

No one any idea ?

I have exactly the same issue but with Sonos.

I have the same issue with my iTunes PLaylist and Echo/Alexa - sed to work and doesn't anymore - tech support - can you helP?
