Spotify connection cuts all the time

Spotify connection cuts all the time

Hi Everyone,

 

   I am using Spotify Premum on my Toshiba Laptop, connection WiFi, Windows 8, then through my Stereo Amp (Marantz PM5004). The problem is that the connection starts to cut, then gets worse until it is worthless. If I change the artist it will play for awhile then it will start cutting out again as before. Can anyone out there help? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the post.

 

First off, have you tried resetting your devices (laptop, sound system) by switching them off for a couple of minutes? 

 

I'd also recommend checking if you have the updated firmware. For more information on how to update your Marantz device, click here.
