My Question or Issue

I can download the Spotify app through Google play store but the app does not stay open long enough to log in. I've tried clearing cache, updating my system and re downloading the app. The app has worked on my chromebook in the past but recently stopped working

Can you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more through than the usual reinstall.

If that doesn't do the trick, you can install the app in Safe mode. If that doesn't help, we'd suggest you try running the app as an administrator. Are there any changes?

You can also send us a screen recording of what you're seeing. We'll investigate this further.
