Spotify for Podcasters generated a feed that doesn't work?

So, I'm trying to transfer my podcast from square space to spotify. It successfully imported my episodes, but when trying to do the follow up steps like setting up the redirect I'm not having much luck. The RSS feed spotify gave me (https://anchor.fm/s/de0ce5c0/podcast/rss) tells me nothing is found.

I would use the customer support options, but when going to contact us, there "Message Us" button doesn't seem to appear at least in Japan. 

I'm not really sure how to even start to try and resolve this.

The issue you're describing is indeed best handled by our Spotify for Podcasters Support Team. The "Message Us" button should be a yellow floating one on the right hand side of the screen. If you don't see it, simply try on a different device.
