My Question or Issue

Comencé a seguir una playlist que se llama sleep. Desde que comencé a seguirla spotify Se reproduce automáticamente por la noche con canciones de esa playlist.. la deje de seguir pero el problema continua.

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. This seems odd so let's investigate this further.

To begin with, can you perform a clean reinstall of the app?  This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
