Spotify not working

My spotify is not working on my computer at all, it won't even load. Additionally, I cannot listen to any podcasts on my phone with the app open.

Just to check, are you able to access the app settings on your computer? If so, could you try changing the current hardware acceleration settings? You can do so by heading over to the Spotify app > Settings > Scroll down to Compatibility

Should you be unable to load Settings, or if the above doesn't do the trick, we would suggest trying a clean reinstall of the app. This will clear any stored cache, as well as ensure that you're running the latest version.

If the issue persists, however, it would be great if you could let us know the following:

• Does this happens both on the desktop app or on the Web Player?
• The make & model of your computer.
• Your device's OS version.

On another note, when you're trying to play podcasts on your phone, are you seeing any error messages? Does playback stop at any specific points or with certain podcasts? Feel free to include more details on what's happening from your end, and we'll see what we can suggest.
