Spotify on Philips Smart TV will not start playing songs

Hello Folks,

i have Spotify Premium and a Philips Smart TV (55FPL 6158 F). Everythings was working fine for long time.

One month ago the SPOTIFY APP stops loading songs.

Everything else is still working fine, all navigation stuff, radio, playlists... everything Exept of playing a song.

It does not matter from where i want to play a song. Always when i click on a song it shows up in the "currently playing" window but there is no sound and the songs Playingtime just dosn't start. I waitet hours... nothing happen than i reinstalled the Spotify App... nothing happens.

To verify that there are no Networking problems on my Router i checkd my Spotify installation on PC this is still working fine without any problems.

Do somebody know how to Fix this issue? or do someone have the same Problems? Spotify on my TV is quite useless now 🙂
