Spotify premium on multiple devices

Hi everyone,

First of all, I'm not the best with technology so please bear with me!
I've got spotify premium to use mainly on my iPod and desktop (PC) and occasionally my phone. I've noticed that artists or songs I've saved on my iPod don't show up on my other devices. Is this standard? Is there a way around it?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Make sure all devices are connected to the internet and not in offline mode, and that they're all logged in on the same account.

What kind of iPod is this? If it is a non iPod touch e.g. shuffle, nano etc., it only stores local files and so anything you do on there will not appear in your other Spotify clients because it is not relying on the Spotify codec, it is just playing your local files imported from your computer, presumably m4as.
