Spotify web player buttons are not showing up

My Question or Issue

So I'm on my school computer and they don't let us download anything, so I have to use the web player. I opened Spotify and the regular buttons turned to squares and my music keeps pausing at the seconds "00:9" and towards the middle of the song. I tried most things like restart my Chromebook, log out and log back in for Spotify, I tried removing the cache, and reloading the page.
