Spotify web player doesn't work

When ever I log onto spotify web player it doesn't work at all but it can load the ads. I log onto different web browsers and yet the music doesn't play but the ads still pop up. So how do I get my music to play like it used to be able to do?

Are you still not able to play music through your web player? If yes, have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies to see if that fixes this?
