Stuck in a Login Loop

Hello.  I have been stuck in a login loop for over a week and am unable to access my podcast.  When I try to login, it asks me if I have a podcast already or want to start one.  I choose that I already have one.  It asks for the RSS feed link, which I enter and then I get the following message: 

Your show is already hosted with Spotify for Podcasters

Log into your existing Anchor or Spotify for Podcasters account to access your show.

So then I'll click login, and it takes me back to the same question about whether or not I already have a podcast.  I have another episode scheduled to come out this week.  Help!
